The pop star, 30, and the Måneskin frontman, 27, exchanged vows on September 24 at the storied Town Hall in Montalcino, a hilltop town in Tuscany best known for its Brunello wine, and the photos coming out of Italy make a strong case for skipping the traditional white dress altogether.

Rather than the usual gown-and-tuxedo split, Cameron and David arrived at the ceremony in matching tones. Cameron wore an ivory suit cinched at the waist, with a white necktie and a long draping cape standing in for a veil — a look that read more tailored eveningwear than bridalwear. David went with a champagne-colored suit and a bronze satin scarf, ditching a traditional tie entirely. The pair pulled up to the town hall together in a white convertible, already dressed, before heading inside for a civil ceremony surrounded by a small group of guests.

The wedding caps off a relationship that started at an MTV Video Music Awards show, where both were up for best new artist, and went public in early 2024 with a red-carpet appearance at Clive Davis's Pre-Grammy Gala. David proposed at their home in Los Angeles in October 2025, after roughly three years together, though the engagement wasn't shared publicly until January 2026. Cameron has described the moment as anything but staged: she was mid-packing for a trip, hair still wet, when she noticed David watching her differently. She later told Jimmy Fallon that despite knowing a ring existed, she still "never could have projected" the moment he chose to ask. In a Vogue interview published just before the wedding, Cameron said their relationship has always favored the unglamorous over the polished, calling their life together 'so off the beaten path.'

Montalcino may have hosted the wedding, but Rome has long been the couple's other home base.
